The Tower Theatre is a 1939 Art Deco movie palace that gives the surrounding Tower District its name. Its neon tower and marquee are the most recognized landmark in central Fresno.

It now runs as a live venue for concerts, comedy, plays, and film screenings. The streets around it on Olive Avenue hold the city's main cluster of independent restaurants, bars, and coffee shops.
